The elders gather in the fall
Pay tribute to the dead prepared for burial
No bended knee
No king above me
No priest contrived to hold us down
No genuflection
We stand unbound
None self-ordained to wear a crown
The day’s long path wound into night
Old stories say the hunger's flames were set alight
And fallow fields long left behind
The ancient journeys carried in our mind
And thanks we give for harvest grain
We tied together in both triumph and in pain
No bended knee
No king above me
No priest contrived to hold us down
No genuflection
We stand unbound
None self-ordained to wear a crown
Below the mountain spilling fire
Ancestral revelry, voices raised choir
And at this crossroads did so build
This city’s walls, and fields equally we tilled
And so united do we strive
Only as equals will we prosper and survive
No bended knee
We stand unbound
None self-ordained to wear a crown

The gargantuan, gothic fuzziness reminds me of a less downtrodden Electric Wizard. A nice, behind-the-beat feel that's almost bouncy permeates the record. The throaty singing recalls Danzig a bit, and it flips me out that these Italians channel American and British vibes with such fluency. It's a fun record that scratches the itch for massively downtuned blues. fyeahmetal
This searing, four-track split from Bog Wizard (Michigan) and Dust Lord (Colorado) pairs stoner rock riffs with hard fantasy themes. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2021
Combining jazz-infused prog, ‘70s heavy metal and stoner doom, thrash metal, and grunge, the Puerto Rican legion’s debut is nothing short of a behemoth. Bandcamp Album of the Day Nov 7, 2018

I can see Lemmy rocking out to these awesome and very heavy versions of his songs. Proud to have backed this glorious project on Kickstarter. Ale Aquino
